We provide veterinary visits in the comfort of your own home. Appointments are designed to be thorough, low-stress, and tailored to your pet’s needs.

See below the list of services and associated pricing. Our rates include travel within our local service area (zones 1 and 2). A travel fee may apply for locations outside these areas (see the locations page for more information).

  • Standard consultation (up to 45 min): $175

    Extended consultation (60 min): $215

    Additional pet consultation: $110

    Recheck consultation: $125

    Comprehensive in-home assessment for unwell pets or general concerns. Common reasons include:

    • General health checks

    • Dental assessments

    • Allergies (skin, ear conditions)

    • Eye issues

    • Arthritis or mobility concerns

    • and more

  • From $190 (includes consultation)

    Additional pet vaccination $140

    Annual vaccinations and preventative health care can be performed during a home visit.

    This includes:

    • Full health check

    • Core vaccinations for dogs, cats and rabbits

    • Parasite prevention advice

    • Weight and nutrition guidance

    Preventative care helps keep your pet healthy and allows early detection of medical problems.

  • We bring the lab to you for faster answers and immediate treatment. By analysing skin, ear, or lump samples during the consultation, I can often provide a diagnosis on the spot.

    • Same-day cytology ($65): Microscopic examination of skin or ear swabs to identify bacteria, yeast, or inflammatory cells instantly.

    • Fine needle aspirate ($85): Immediate analysis of lumps and bumps to determine if further action is required.

    Diagnostic charges above are in addition to a consultation fee.

  • Sample collection from $60 + consultation fee

    Blood and urine samples can be collected during your consultation and submitted to a veterinary diagnostic laboratory for analysis.

    This may be recommended for:

    • Senior health screening

    • Investigating illness

    • Monitoring ongoing medical conditions

    • Pre-medication testing

    Laboratory fees are charged separately depending on the tests required.

  • Cats and small dogs: $390

    Medium–large dogs: $400–$430

    Saying goodbye to a beloved pet is incredibly difficult.
    We provide peaceful, compassionate euthanasia in the comfort and privacy of your home.

    This service includes:

    • Gentle sedation to ensure your pet is relaxed and comfortable

    • Time and space for families to say goodbye

    • Guidance through the process with care and respect

    Cremation and memorial options can be arranged separately. If you wish to proceed with cremation, I can assist with arrangements and take your pet into my care following the visit.

  • These services are available as additions to any scheduled consultation.

    Routine Services

    Professional services to ensure your pet is safe and identifiable:

    • Microchipping ($65): Permanent identification and registry update.

    • Suture removal ($15): Professional removal and wound check following previous procedures.

    • Bandage and dressing changes (price dependent on size of wound/animal): Redressing and wound monitoring to ensure clean and comfortable healing.

    Routine Maintenance

    Small tasks to keep your pet comfortable and hygienic:

    • Nail trims ($30): Nail clipping to prevent overgrowth and discomfort.

    • Anal gland expression ($40): Relief for pets experiencing fullness or scooting.

    • Ear clean/flush ($40): Gentle flush and debris removal.

  • Video/phone call: $85

    Convenient video consultations for follow-up care, behavior advice, or medication reviews. This service is available for pets I have physically examined within the last 6 months.

    If I determine a physical exam is necessary for your pet’s safety, your telehealth fee will be credited toward an in-home visit.

  • We support local ethical breeders with comprehensive litter health checks, vaccinations, and microchipping in the comfort of the home environment.

Bookings and offers

  • Welcome discount: New to our services? Take $30 off your very first consultation. It’s our way of welcoming you to a stress-free way of caring for your pet, right in the comfort of home.

  • Pensioner subsidies: We deeply value our community seniors and their companions. Please let us know if you hold a valid pensioner card so we can apply a 10% concession to consultation fees.

  • Weekend bookings: To accommodate busy schedules, we offer Saturday bookings. Please note, a $25 surcharge applies to weekend bookings.

Booking Policy

A 20% deposit of the consultation fee is required to secure all appointments. Bookings are only confirmed once the deposit has been received.

The remaining balance is payable at the time of your visit.

Travel and Access

Please ensure your pet is accessible at the scheduled time. If I am unable to safely examine or treat your pet, the consultation fee may still apply.

Cancellation and rescheduling policy

Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice without penalty.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

End of Life Appointments

I understand that circumstances can change. For end-of-life bookings, please reach out as soon as possible if you need to adjust your appointment, and I will always do my best to accommodate.
