The consultation fee includes travel within the local service area, a full clinical examination, and personalised care for your pet.

We focus on the care of dogs and cats, and offer routine preventative services for rabbits (such as annual vaccinations and wellness reviews). For queries regarding guinea pigs or rats, please reach out via phone or email to see if this is something that can be addressed in a consultation.

Yes - I’m happy to see multiple pets during the same visit. Reduced consultation fees are applied for additional pets.

Yes - skin, ear and/or preliminary lump samples can be assessed on the spot under a microscope.
Blood and urine samples can also be collected during your visit and are sent to an external laboratory.

Being at home often helps pets feel more relaxed. Where needed, gentle handling or sedation options can be discussed.
If your pet is unable to be handled, we can arrange for a visit at a later date, where medication can be given beforehand to ease the stress. Please note that in these situations, a consultation fee will still be incurred.

Euthanasia is performed gently and with care, allowing your pet to remain in a familiar environment. I will guide you through the process and can assist with aftercare arrangements.

Payment is made at the time of consultation via cash or eftpos. For new clients, a 50% deposit at the time of booking is required to secure your appointment.

Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
